Selection
Our thorough screening process establishes the honesty, reliability and other background activities and interests of your Home Assistant so that the right fit is made between you and your Home Assistant.

How it works
Once all the arrangements are in place, payment is made on a per visit basis and your Home Assistant will issue you with a receipt upon payment. The Agency fee is included in that payment.

Get it right
We rely on you to help us get it right as no one knows your cleaning requirements better than you. To get the best result out of our service we ask you to provide your Home Assistants with clear communication regarding your requirements.

Open Communication
We firmly believe you will find the Home Assistant we select for you will meet your requirements. If this is ever not the case we ask for one more thing: that you tell us! We make this as easy as possible for you by appointing a dedicated Customer Service Officer to look after your requirements.

If any issue should arise you can tell your Customer Service Officer or raise it with your Home Assistant directly. Open communication is the key to any successful relationship and we don’t ever want to discover too late that you have been unhappy with your Home Assistant. We sincerely appreciate the time you have taken to consider us and look forward to developing a mutually rewarding relationship with us in the near future.
